Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SocAPI, including the website at socapi.app, the dashboard at panel.socapi.app, connected social integrations and any related services. By using SocAPI, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SocAPI provides tools for connecting supported social accounts and preparing, scheduling or publishing content through those accounts at your direction. Available integrations and features may change. The public developer API is currently in development and is not offered as a generally available product unless SocAPI expressly makes it available.

2. Accounts and Authorization

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure and remain responsible for activity performed through your account. You may connect a social account only if you are authorized to do so. You must use the official authorization flow and must not provide SocAPI with a social platform password.

You can disconnect an integration from the SocAPI panel or revoke its authorization through the relevant platform's settings. After revocation, SocAPI may be unable to perform actions for that account.

3. TikTok and Other Third-Party Platforms

SocAPI is an independent service and is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by TikTok. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's applicable terms, privacy policy, community rules and developer requirements, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

You authorize SocAPI to send content or requests to a connected platform only when you initiate or schedule that action. Third-party platforms control their own availability, review processes, API limits, policies and content systems. SocAPI does not guarantee that a platform will accept, publish, retain or display content.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use SocAPI to:

  • violate applicable laws, regulations or third-party platform rules;
  • publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or harmful content;
  • send spam, manipulate engagement or perform abusive automation;
  • circumvent platform restrictions, permissions, rate limits or safety systems;
  • attempt unauthorized access to SocAPI, TikTok or another system;
  • upload malware or interfere with the Service;
  • share, expose or misuse account credentials, access tokens or API keys.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SocAPI the limited permissions needed to host, process, transmit and publish that content to the platforms and accounts you select. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for the content and the requested publication.

6. Availability and Limits

SocAPI may apply usage, storage or rate limits and may restrict or suspend access to protect security, stability or third-party platform requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, infrastructure failures and changes to third-party APIs may affect the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Where paid features are offered, applicable prices, limits and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Payment may be handled by a third-party payment provider. You may cancel through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund amounts already paid except where required by law or stated at purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

SocAPI, its website, branding, software and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SocAPI intellectual property or your content.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you breached these Terms, created a security or legal risk, abused the Service or caused SocAPI to violate a third-party requirement. You may stop using SocAPI at any time. Following termination, content or records may be deleted according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocAPI is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every third-party platform. SocAPI is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, policy enforcement or loss of access to a third-party account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocAPI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities or social platform access.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or website. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the updated Terms.
